Just one?! I'm not sure I have a favorite, but I'll say The Giver by Lois Lowry.

one of my favorite stories was always "The Little Engine That Could"

Guy got a book from his grandma a while back called "You Are Special" and I LOVE that book. It has such a great message to it

It's been so long since I read children's books but my kids favorites were always the "Magic schoolbus series" very funny, information and interesting.
Also, Hank the Cowdog. You'd have to be a dog owner to get it though.

My childhood favorite had to be "Corduroy" With the many books I've read with the boys or helping in kindergarten....probably 'Clementine"

I have so many favorites that it's rather ridiculous! I keep up on all the new children's authors and books. Right now I'd say my favorite book is "Alice the Fairy" by David Shannon. I also really love "Koala Lou" by Mem Fox. Two classic authors and two classic books.

I blogged about your giveaway (though I wasn't sure I wanted to... the more people I send here the less of a chance I have of winning!)

My favorite children's book would have to be "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Seuss. My dad read it to us when we were little and actually made us some green eggs and ham while my mom was in the hospital with a new baby.

Hmmm, too many favorite to count, but one is "Llama Llama Mad at Mama." Very cute and I think most moms could relate.
